[She turns his head so that he cannot look away.]
Whatever happens, you are my husband. I know the kind of man you are, the kind of man you can be, both good and bad. Besides, you must know that it's not just us against the world. We have Luke, Takashi and Obi-Wan at the very least. We've both made friends here as well. They've had the chance to see you at your best.
And when your chance at getting to know our daughter comes, I will be at your side. And until then, I can gather all the information about her for you.
