Her husband of at four years and the father of her two children, Padmé went against her own sense of duty so that she wouldn't lie to her heart about how much she cared for him. Their relationship had to be kept a secret because of the taboo for Jedi to have attachments and the trouble it would have caused both Anakin with the Jedi Council and Padmé with the Senate. Despite this, she loves him completely, knowing his heart almost as well as her own.
Considering the differences in their memories, which is obvious to her without talking about it, she is having some difficulty in being as open with him as they're both used to. Mostly because nothing she has to say is going to be easy and will hurt him irreparably. She's not sure she's ready for that to happen yet, but when the time comes, she will do what she must.
The elder of her twins with Anakin, Luke looks so much like his father that Padmé initially mistook him for her husband. But, upon speaking with him, she discovered their relation and was relieved to know that her children grow up well and beautiful after her death.
As happy as that knowledge makes her, it still saddens her that she was unable to be there for her babies and to share her love with them during their lives.
The son of her daughter, Leia Organa, and Han Solo, Ren has definitely inherited his stubbornness and passionate nature from his grandparents and parents both. He's also extremely angry, reminding Padmé far too much of Anakin in the last weeks of her life to make her comfortable, even without actually knowing their relation.
Despite his utter lack of desire to speak to her once he knows who she is, Padmé refuses to give up on him. She has as much faith in Kylo Ren's goodness as she does Anakin's and has just as much vested interest in seeing him embrace it once more.
A man from her galaxy, Padmé finds it easy to fall into friendly discussion with him. He has an easy demeanor and a good smile. Plus, he knows about Naboo. Always a plus.
Finding her near-death, Lithia risks her own health to heal Padmé upon her arrival and then takes her to a place to rest while answering her questions. She's not sure what is wrong with her, but she seems to have her own sadness about her.
Though she didn't get to know the woman well, Padmé admires her and wishes her well back on her own world.
